Patricia has over 25 years of cross-functional work experience in Australia and the Philippines, primarily in the banking and financial services industry. She is passionate about service delivery excellence, quality management and process improvement with six sigma green belt qualifications. Patricia has held leadership positions at Citibank, Baycorp and BDO. She has extensive experience building and leading large-scale operations of 500+ FTE in The Philippines.

Megan has over 25 years of experience primarily with integrated marketing and digital agencies, leading strategic marketing and account teams and services for B2B, B2C and C2C. Her FinServices experience includes working with Citibank B2C and B2B credit cards and their Retail division, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Discover, and more. Additionally, Megan has significant CPG and Retail experience with brands including Procter & Gamble, Walgreens, and Kraft.

Sava has over 35 years of executive management experience in private and public companies, including VISY Industries. Sava has managed strategic projects in Finance, Manufacturing Operations with a strong technology focus that has delivered sustainable cost-saving benefits. Proven expertise in building seamless integration between onshore and offshore operations. He has been a member of the AICM for over 30 years and managed a $3.2B Credit and Risk portfolio. Sava’s experience at board level and dealing with the top four banking, legal and finance firms provides our management team and stakeholders comfort, energy, mentoring, and laser focus to achieve our goals.

Tom joined Finstro in 2013 and led the team to develop the original Finstro platform. As CPO he oversees all product development of Finstro, from research, design and technical implementation. Tom served in the Australian Infantry before joining Finstro and holds a BA in Economics with a major in Econometrics from the University of Sydney.

Jason has over 26 years of experience in Financial Services in both Banking and Insurance. He is a highly experienced Chief Risk Officer with over 15 years of senior executive experience in leading, transforming and optimising governance, risk and compliance functions. Jason’s experience includes over 10 years of working in Asia, Europe and America whilst navigating complex regulatory and business operational environments.

Mark has over 17 years of financial leadership experience within Investment Management, Banking and Capital Markets. Prior to Finstro Mark has held executive positions at Macquarie Group, Bluestone Group, Henderson Global Investors and PWC.
CEO Business Partner
Joanna has been with Finstro since 2018 working across multiple functions including corporate governance, compliance, process improvement, regulatory, legal, investor relations and human resources. Joanna has significant prior experience working with executive leadership teams and the board of directors across financial services, property and education industries in both listed and unlisted environments. Most recently she held corporate governance positions at Mirvac, Macquarie and Study Group. Joanna has governance qualifications from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Matt is the General Counsel of Finstro. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel for Associated Bank, N.A. in Chicago, IL (NYSE: ASB). Matt has been practising law since 2005 and holds an Economics degree from the University of Iowa, a JD from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Marquette University.

Tami has almost two decades of experience in Learning and Development, Process Improvement, Continuous Learning, Customer Experience and Account Management. Her financial services background includes working with Western Union, American Express, GCash and BDO Unibank. Tami has also partnered with clients in the telecommunications space, particularly Comcast and Globe Telecom. She has an excellent track record of creating strategies and implementing training solutions for all levels, developing, and building learning programs for small to large-scale companies, as well as streamlining and creating standards of operational processes to elevate critical Customer, Operational and Quality metrics. Tami's passion is people, and while significantly contributing to overall profitability is always top-of-mind, people development will always be at the heart of what she does.
